It is very easy to fall into our everyday routine, we create habits to begin our day, we go to the same job, have the same conversations, eat the same foods and take the same vacations.
Today I challenge you to break up the mundane, to choose adventure. Plan a vacation or day trip to somewhere you’ve never been, read a book in a genre you’ve never read, begin that course you’ve been thinking about, watch documentaries and expand your knowledge for new conversations, begin a new hobby or attend a different gym class to meet new people and most importantly; create moments. Be present and become aware of at least one thing each day that is unique and journal about it.
